By accessing or using the GravityHive website, marketplace, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

GravityHive is a digital marketplace for premium plugins, apps, and components for platforms including WordPress, Shopify, and Framer. The Service includes browsing, purchasing, downloading, and managing digital products, as well as related support and custom development services.

To purchase products or access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Upon purchasing a product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product in accordance with the specific license type associated with your purchase (e.g., single-site, multi-site, or developer license).

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense purchased products.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels.
• Use products for unlawful purposes.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any product.
• Share license keys with unauthorized users.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

• All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.
• Applicable taxes will be calculated and added at checkout.
• Subscription products will be billed on a recurring basis until cancelled.
• You may cancel subscriptions at any time from your account dashboard.

Our refund policy for digital products is outlined in detail on our Refund Policy page. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described therein.

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the Service are the property of GravityHive or their respective owners. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

The GravityHive name, logo, and brand identity are protected trademarks and may not be used without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GravityHive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to GravityHive in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GravityHive operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
