Refund Policy

1. Digital Products
GravityHive sells digital products including plugins, apps, components, and related software. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally considered final once the product has been downloaded or a license key has been activated.
We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is warranted. We evaluate each refund request on a case-by-case basis to ensure fair treatment for all customers.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- Technical issues: the product has a critical bug or defect that prevents it from functioning as described, and our support team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
- Not as described: the product significantly differs from its listed description or advertised features.
- Duplicate purchase: you accidentally purchased the same product twice.
- Within 14 days: refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Visit our Contact Page and select “Refund Request” as the topic.
- Include your order number, the product name, and a detailed description of the issue.
- If applicable, provide screenshots or error logs demonstrating the problem.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
4. Processing Time
Once a refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe.
- Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been initiated.
Upon refund, any associated license keys will be deactivated and access to the product will be revoked.
5. Exceptions
Refunds will generally not be granted in the following circumstances:
- The product works as described but doesn't meet your personal expectations or preferences.
- You changed your mind after purchase, or the product is no longer needed.
- The issue is caused by third-party software, hosting environment incompatibilities, or user configuration errors.
- More than 14 days have passed since the purchase date.
- The product has been substantially used, modified, or redistributed.
6. Subscription Cancellations
For subscription-based products:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
- We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
- If you cancel within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund by contacting us.
